An alternate universe
Song Hui serves as Grand Tutor of the Great Yan dynasty, instructing the princes.
It was raining. The Sixth Prince knelt before him.
He said he wanted revenge.
Song Hui didn't ask whom he wanted revenge on or on whose behalf. That wasn't important. What mattered was his resolve. Such a pawn was precious. Song Hui would help him.
It was another bitter winter. The red plum blossoms remained, but the people were gone and the rooms stood empty.
