The sun was shining brightly that day, and even the breeze blowing toward her carried a faint warmth. She heard a familiar voice calling her, looked up, and saw the red-haired boy.
"Thump, thump, thump." What was that sound?
Fula thought about it for a long time before she suddenly realized.
It was the sound of her heart beating.
