Synopsis:
In a futuristic interstellar world of beastfolk, the fluffy ones have adapted to survive through years of evolution, shedding their fur and growing tough scales instead.
Mu Nuo is a special little fluffy sparrow who never grows up and can't transform into human form. His guardian is practically pulling their hair out with worry.
Who could have imagined that one day, he would become famous across the galaxy by selling little "fluffy sparrow" needle-felting toys he made himself?
And after the sales figures are tallied, the place with the most orders turns out to be a dragon's palace!?
After unifying the realm and establishing his rule, Stuart's heart has lain dormant for over a thousand years.
When the anniversary of his death comes around again, he takes his original form to remember his little fox. Then some inconsiderate bird perches on his head, sharpening its claws, cracking sunflower seeds, and even pulling out a slice of watermelon.
After the little fluffy sparrow is captivated by the well-known story My Ascension to Godhood to Find a Wife, he pretends to be a needle-felted toy and sneaks into the palace. He wants a peek at the tyrannical dragon who spoils his "demon empress" without limits.
He has just ruffled his feathers and sharpened his claws, ready to enjoy the spectacle, when a hoarse voice comes from beneath him.
Stuart has been thoroughly fooled. He thought his wife was a nine-tailed fox and searched every fox clan in the East. Only now does he realize his wife is a silly bird who can't even transform into human form yet.
Holding the fluffy bird ball, Stuart says meaningfully, "I haven't eaten bird in a long time."
Mu Nuo's face crumples as he cries. "I'm just fluffy, not meaty. I won't taste good."
Stuart: "Bird is on the menu today."
Mu Nuo: QAQ Waaah!!!! Curiosity killed the bird!!

[Notes:]
1. The eightfold fluffiness filter refers to the little fluffy sparrow having a skill that lets him transform into an eight-tailed fox.
2. The main focus is the little one's daily growth, with raising a paper dragon as a secondary focus. The romance develops slowly~

Coming soon: Accidentally Awakening as an Insectoid PLUS. Visit my author page to add it to your favorites~
Synopsis:
[An insectoid young king, adored by all. No female-subordinate, male-superior hierarchy or insect mother setting.]
After being reborn, Shu Lin is born on a deserted grass planet. He has never seen any plants there apart from grass.
Shu Lin chews on some grass and sighs. If nothing unexpected happens, he might spend the rest of his life alone on this barren planet.
·
Then a spaceship arrives on the grass planet. After a supposedly precious insectoid child looks Shu Lin up and down with distaste and suspicion, they magnanimously say, "An interstellar refugee? You, then!"
Shocked to discover he has transmigrated into the future, Shu Lin is bewildered as he's shoved into a production crew and taken to the insectoid capital like a country bumpkin.
·
Meanwhile, the show's live chat is buzzing with insectoids:
[What species is this exile descended from? How did he survive alone on a barren planet for so many years?]
[Isn't that barren planet said to be the site of an ancient battlefield? Isn't the radiation there off the charts? How could anything possibly live there???]
[Captain of the guard, how could you let the young prince go to a place like that to film a show all alone??? And this Shu Lin, his timing is obviously suspicious!!!]
·
Later, Shu Lin accidentally undergoes a second differentiation. Right in front of the livestream cameras, he turns into a white, tender egg. Every insectoid is left staring in shock, clutching their hearts and struggling to breathe.
--Their king ate grass on a barren planet as a child and nearly died...
--Their king had been livestreaming right under their noses for ages, and they hadn't recognized him. They even...
--They even...

The civilizations in other star systems are also left gasping: Help!! You want to atone for your sins, so why are you attacking me!!!
