Your Highness, Your Pheromones Are Leaking [Sentinel and Guide]

After traveling from a feudal dynasty into the interstellar era, Qin Shao is completely dumbfounded.

Qin Shao: Why do I have three ex-boyfriends?

Ex-boyfriends A, B, and C: We didn't want to become your exes either, but you have a little brother who's a real piece of work!

Qin Shao: A little brother? Oh, we're not related by blood. And he keeps picking on me? Then send him away. What, am I supposed to keep him around for the holidays?

The troublesome little brother: This isn't how I thought things would go!

Qin Shao: See you. Don't contact me again, I'm busy. Let me see how this mecha works. o_O

Ever since Xiao Cong differentiated as an SSS-rank Sentinel, he's been given titles like the Light of the Empire and the Star of Hope. Along with the glory and glamour came pressure and the scrutiny of the entire public.

Xiao Cong kept trying harder and harder, but every competition and every public appearance still brought countless harsh comments. Someone was always dissatisfied with him, someone was always disappointed.

He numbly went through his grueling training. He knew exactly what goal he had to reach, but he no longer believed he could reach it.

Until someone better than him suddenly appeared.

Everyone said a Guide should work a desk job, but he insisted on piloting a mecha.

Everyone said that with his talent, he should pilot a mecha, but then he went and studied programming.

He said, "Only I know what I should be doing."

He said, "Those outsiders don't know a damn thing. What gives them the right to judge me?"

He said, "You didn't differentiate as the highest-ranked Sentinel just to let people bully you."

He said, "You're already excellent. Just be yourself."

Xiao Cong: It wasn't until I met him that I knew how to walk this path.

PS: The plot goes where it goes. I'll do my best to update daily. (●v●)

Premise: I met you, and found a better version of myself.
