She's never told him her own name, either.
She's a decisive, no-nonsense leader of the organization, but also a girl who can get temperamental and bicker. She's his partner, and his rival.
In short, it's a story about a true member of the Black Organization.
It's not purely romance or purely career-focused. It has a bit of everything, all mixed together.
Only one of the five from the Police Academy group gets saved.
Some scenes are included to move the plot along, so two chapters' worth of events may appear in a single chapter. Or a chapter might be quite short, followed by two updates in a row.

I'll do my best to respect the original characterization, though I will change some everyday habits. For example, Shuichi Akai is officially said to like drinking bourbon, but in this story I've changed it to rye.
