After Marrying an Evil Spirit

Yin Suwen was twenty-two years old and had just graduated from university. Unwilling to inherit the family business, he was making a swift escape from home.

His happy days didn't last long. Someone ambushed him on the street and knocked him out with a club.

When he woke again, he was in the middle of nowhere, in a bridal chamber on his wedding night. In the vast old house, he could only stare wordlessly at the lonely memorial tablet on the table across from him.

He had been dressed in a bright red wedding gown, as if he were about to get married right there.

His family had passed down the art of medicine for two generations. With a divining bone in his chest and the Purple Star in ascendance, he could draw talismans and cast spells to drive away ghosts and evil spirits, or take someone's pulse from afar and cure every illness.

What a joke. He wasn't scared at all.

Until, in the middle of the night, a chill crept in and quietly lifted the hem of his clothes.

Yin Suwen: ...

Help! Is it too late to start being scared now?

Before you read:

1. A foul-mouthed, argumentative ghost who gets mad enough to die again top × a Taoist priest bottom who loves outrageous antics and is adored by everyone. The couple is strictly monogamous.

2. A sweet little story about a modern-day wedding role-play. It's short. I really just wanted to write a ghost top (crossed out).

Theme: By doing nothing, nothing is left undone. Know this, and your life will not be in vain
