A Guide to Clearing My Villainous Master's Name

Synopsis screenshotted on October 6, 2021

Shen Fuze transmigrates into a book and takes in three apprentices, all of whom are future powerhouses.

Unfortunately, the original owner is a lunatic. As their master, he puts each of his apprentices through hellish training. They all become powerful, but one loses a leg after being beaten, another has an eyeball gouged out, and the third is covered in burns.

In the end, the three apprentices make the original owner suffer the same things they did. Whatever happened to them, happens to him.

To make matters worse, Shen Fuze has to keep up the persona of a good person. So he can only diligently continue playing the villainous master, acting cruel and cold toward his three apprentices while secretly treating and comforting them to stay alive.

The three apprentices still become powerful, but none of them is crippled, blind, or burned. They are all perfectly healthy and become leading figures in the righteous sects.

Shen Fuze knows that after years of abuse, his three apprentices must hate him to the bone. He decides to fake his death to save his own skin. But after his supposed death, all three apprentices go mad and fall into the demonic path.

Apprentice One: He's dead. What do I need the righteous path for?

Apprentice Two: Does this world even deserve to exist?

Apprentice Three: Let's destroy it.

Shen Fuze: ?!!!

Theme: Raise your apprentices well.
