Worldbuilding blurb:
In ancient times, the goddess Nuwa molded people from clay. Thus, from the moment they were born, people carried within them the poison of the heart found in the clay. Unless they attained sainthood, it was nearly impossible to eradicate.
By the time Nuwa realized this, it was too late. She granted the newborns the power to drive out evil and cleanse corruption, the strength to cure illness and break barriers, and the ability to cut the poison of the heart down with their swords.

Reader's guide:
1. Wen Yu and Zuo Si are a one-on-one pairing. You can interpret their relationship in bed however you like.
2. The characters are all flawed. No character's words or worldview represent the author's. There is an old-school BG side pairing, a love triangle among the supporting characters.
3. People around them are being forced by their parents to pursue Wen Yu, but the two are actually just friends who love to tease each other.
4. The supernatural abilities are on the lower end of martial arts. Nobody has the power to effortlessly overturn seas or move mountains.
5. Extreme factional fans are politely declined, including but not limited to extreme purity fans and extreme top/bottom fans. There will be no warnings about whether a character is a virgin. Readers who care a great deal about this or have strict requirements are advised not to read.
