Building an Empire in the Three Kingdoms, Starting with the Southern Barbarians

Wang Lang had a terminal illness and had no choice but to seek help from a transmigration company to stay alive. She accepted the arduous mission of transmigrating to the late Eastern Han Dynasty and changing the Three Kingdoms era. She had to fight the will of Heaven and work hard to build up her own power. She also had to improve the residents' happiness, enlighten the people, and establish a Great Harmony society. Trying to establish a Great Harmony society in the late Eastern Han Dynasty? She must be dreaming. When the System asked what starting golden finger she wanted, she made a bold demand: she wanted to become a local ruler, with tens of thousands of people under her command, in a prosperous and peaceful region. To her surprise, they agreed. But when she opened her eyes, she saw herself dressed in a garish outfit from an ethnic minority, covered in totem symbols, even on her face, and immediately broke down. I wanted to become a local ruler, but getting sent straight to a matriarchal clan is way too unfair! Where is this place? The southern frontier?! The System chuckled: We have to follow objective reality. As a young woman, this is the only place where you can become a leader. Do your best! As the top-ranked honor student, we absolutely won't give up! Wang Lang: Look at my tens of thousands of people! They're all skin and bones, with no clothes on their backs and no food in their bellies!! There aren't even a few literate people in the whole village! This story has a development-system golden finger, secret identities, and a timeline spanning more than fifty years. It has a lighthearted style. The background draws partly on Records of the Three Kingdoms and Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It's not written in classical Chinese. I'll do my best to make it historically grounded, but please forgive any mistakes. Theme: Promote traditional Chinese virtues. All the peoples of the world are one family.
