After Marrying My Ex-Boyfriend by Contract

Before leaving the country, Chi Yan broke up with Xie Shichen, the poor boy he'd been dating for three years.

Chi Yan had pursued him with unabashed flair and ended things with ruthless finality. He never thought he and Xie Shichen would have anything to do with each other again.

The first message Chi Yan received after returning home was this: The real young master of the Chi family was getting engaged, and the other party was Xie Shichen, Chi Yan's first love.

On the day the Chi and Xie families gathered, Chi Yan didn't show up. He went to a bar alone to drink.

He didn't turn down anyone who came to hit on him, downing one glass of hard liquor after another.

Then a man beside him tried to put an arm around his waist, and Chi Yan was forcefully pulled into another man's broad embrace. Looking up, all he saw was the man's taut jawline. Initial assessment: a very handsome guy.

And he looked a little like Chi Yan's first love, too.

Drunk and woozy, Chi Yan stopped resisting and buried his face in the handsome man's arms.

When he woke from his hangover, he found himself looking into a pair of deep-set eyes.

Yeah, definitely handsome. It was just that...

Why did he look so much like Chi Yan's first love?!

As if possessed, Chi Yan blurted out, "Hey, handsome, what's your name?"

And watched the handsome man's gaze turn cold and ominous.

When Xie Shichen learned that his engagement partner was the only son of the Chi family, he agreed to meet.

He showed up dressed to the nines, but the person he wanted to see wasn't there.

Xie Shichen had hated Chi Yan for four years. He never imagined Chi Yan had already forgotten him.

Chi Yan's identity as the fake young master was exposed, making him the target of everyone's ridicule and scorn.

When news broke that the Chi and Xie families were getting engaged, everyone said the engagement partner would obviously be the real young master.

Little did they know that Xie Shichen, the Xie family's heir, was blocking the doorway to Chi Yan's home with a marriage contract in hand, demanding that he take responsibility. "I'm a traditional man. You slept with me, so you have to take responsibility."
