The protagonist isn't Okkotsu himself! You can think of it as me getting Okkotsu's skin and abilities.
The main reason I'm not writing Okkotsu himself is that I find his personality too hard to capture. I can't write Okkotsu! I don't want to tarnish the real Okkotsu.
The manga will be followed alongside the story, with commentary in the comments.
The protagonist has no name and will use Okkotsu's name from now on, doing his best to coast through everything.

Finally, this story will cross over with Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, though that will probably be a bonus chapter after the main story is finished. I spent ages choosing the third manga, but in the end I went with the series that got me into Japanese manga, haha~
