[Two male leads] In the middle of the night, a boy leaves his house to throw a "book" into the trash can downstairs. In his haste, he doesn't notice that the trash can usually by his building has been moved across the road. With the "book" in his hand, he starts crossing the street. A large truck comes speeding toward him, and the boy falls into a pool of blood. The "book" in his hand drops into the blood, and suddenly both the boy and the "book" disappear. A few minutes later, a large truck slowly drives past the spot where the boy was just hit. Its license plate is exactly the same as the one on the truck that killed him.
When the boy comes to, he finds himself in a villa. After taking in the information, he realizes that he has transmigrated into the book How Should I Handle This? and become its protagonist. He feels as though he may have read the novel before, but he can't remember. When he arrives, he happens to find the protagonist's older brother confessing to him?!
There is a mysterious organization called "S·M." Its members control all the worlds of fiction and maintain order within them. But some people in the organization find maintaining order too boring, so they wreak havoc in the worlds under their control. In the end, they use "doing a mission" as an excuse to drag in innocent people to fix the holes in those worlds.
