[The King's Avatar] Ten Years

After we parted, clouds drifted by; ten years flowed past like a stream.

Dedicated to Blue Rain's summer of 2021. The main character is Lu Hanwen, also known as Xiao Lu. An original female lead appears. The story of Glory, ten years ago and ten years later, is slowly told from a third person's perspective.

"You could play Glory for ten years and never get tired of it"... So I guess I wanted to write about esports ten years in the future. By then, Xiao Lu is Blue Rain's captain. He's a hardworking young man of twenty-four, doing his best to hold together this wonderful team.

The original female lead is named Song Xinyu. She's an ordinary, gentle person, from her name to her personality. Before this, Song had been with teams that were knocked out in the first round. Many teams tried to recruit her because her skills were good, but she turned them all down. Then, after Blue Rain finished fourth in the nineteenth season, Xiao Lu personally came to invite her:

"Want to give it a try and win a championship with me? Blue Rain will win!"

"...Okay."

Congratulations to Blue Rain. In the ninth year since they were nicknamed the Blue Rain Temple, they finally welcomed their first female player (yes, the first one in nine years!).

But Blue Rain still lost in the twentieth season, narrowly defeated by Tiny Herb. Xiao Song cried her eyes out. Xiao Lu's eyes were red too, but he still managed to smile brightly and comfort everyone:

"We only lost this time," he said, his gaze firm. "There will be many more summers that belong to Blue Rain!"

"...I didn't read the situation well enough... I want to win!"

I want to hold you close and win the Blue Rain championship trophy.

Then one day, she woke up and had gone back ten years.

Ten years ago, Xiao Song was still a little girl in elementary school, and Xiao Lu was still a promising young rookie on Blue Rain. How lucky Big Song was to be able to experience this thriving world ten years earlier, and how lonely it was to be a stranger here.

But Glory was the same ten years ago as it was ten years later: you could play it forever and never get tired of it.

"Sister Xiao Song, support me! Go, go, go! We have to steal this boss from Happy!"

And yet your Xiao Song, the vice-captain, has already been carried off by Ye the Fox.

Theme: First, let there be solitude and tenderness, time and years, and Blue Rain's summer of 2021.
