[Blade and Dan Heng] At the End of a Long Dream

Dan Heng has been able to see things other people can't since childhood. They wander the mortal world day and night. At some point, he stopped seeing them wherever he looked, but the nightmares that plagued him every night told him there was an invisible ghost beside him. He would suddenly wake from a dream to find a flash of blood-red robes, black hair falling down to brush his neck, and scorching breath... After countless nightmares, Dan Heng could take it no longer. He opened his eyes and looked at the ghost, and a sudden sense of familiarity washed over him. Its eyes glowed red, thick emotions brewing within until they looked more and more like blood. A low voice spoke: "Dan Heng, we are destined to be entangled for all eternity."
