I Went Viral After Growing a Tail

Tang Xiaoyu, a singer-songwriter who never made it big, fell into the sea and transmigrated to a parallel world, where eighteen years have passed. Tang Xiaoyu grew up in an orphanage. Taking life easy, he put his precociousness to use by writing novels and songs to sell. Aside from being unable to speak and having a slight fear of the deep sea, his life was pretty perfect. But after someone schemed to get him onto a variety show, Tang Xiaoyu fell into the sea again. This time, though, the deep blue ocean didn't seem quite so frightening. All the animals at the aquarium fell in love with him. And perhaps he wasn't really mute, after all! Everything seemed to be heading in a good direction. The only problem was that scales began growing across his body, one patch after another. His ears started to itch, as if two little slits had opened up... And after he fell into the bathtub, he found himself with a tail... Meanwhile, the man next door, who loved eating fish, looked at him every day with a gleam in his eyes!
