The Celestial Wolf of Moon Veiling Spring and Autumn

A solar eclipse is when the moon covers the sun. The sun shines high in the sky, while the moon hangs below, yet it is not content with its place and obscures the sun’s light. The royal house of Zhou has fallen into decline, while the lords carve up the land and vie for supremacy. The Duke Huan of Qi even invokes the Son of Heaven’s authority to command the other lords, summoning them to nine great assemblies. Thus, ritual and music fall into ruin, and the old order is no more. The moon veils the sun’s radiance, and the Spring and Autumn era descends into chaos. The Heavenly Wolf Arc The state of Jin has a fierce general, savage as a wolf, feared by the other lords. During a battle between Chu and Jin along the river, he is betrayed by a turncoat and nearly loses his life. He encounters a hermit in the mountains, and the days they spend together in the wilderness seem like another lifetime. The recluse’s identity is shrouded in mystery; he was once a general of Qi. He too once rode across the lands of Lu and drove the Di tribes through the Taihang Mountains, making his name known far and wide. They recognize kindred spirits in each other, open their hearts, and come to trust one another. Having weathered life and death together, they set the winds of Jin in motion. Theme:
