A Dragon's Foraging Handbook

When the great dragon Telia crashed onto this planet, he was sure that after sleeping for a while, his wounds would heal and he could go home in style. He never imagined that when he woke up after a mere hundred years, he would discover that this planet was close to destruction. He had run out of food. The bewildered dragon hesitated between starving to death and eating the planet. In the end, he decided to TAKE·SHEL·TER·WITH·AN·ELF (NEMESIS) After making this delightful decision, Telia began living a life of freeloading (though perhaps not quite so comfortable) abundance. Apart from occasionally worrying that his nemesis might suddenly lose control and kill a dragon, his only real concern was what his nemesis would feed him today. () Little Theater Dragon: I'm so hungry (coaxing). Elf: (pulls out a snack) Here. It won't kill you. Dragon: (beaming) You're such a good elf! Elf: Get lost. Dragon: (weakly) I kind of want to eat the planet... Elf: (shoves food in the dragon's mouth) No more talking. Half a day later, the dragon sees him lecturing the ground. Elf: Could you try to be more useful? If you really get eaten, don't expect me to do anything. Planet: Trembling with fear In the end, the dragon reaches a conclusion. Dragon: (confidently) He likes me! His affection even overcomes the instinct for our races to kill each other! Elf: ...You're asking to die. (: Coming Soon "This Isn't Sci-Fi!"
