He Is the Flower Seller in the Deep Alley

A serene flower-shop girl x an ambitious, rebellious boy After Song Yunmo tragically lost her father, she and her mother had only each other. Along with her studies, she had to help out at the family flower shop. Driven by pride, she didn’t let anyone know what had happened to her family. Then, just when it seemed things couldn’t get worse, a transfer student joined her class at the start of term, and the teacher assigned him to sit beside her, adding another burden to her shoulders. She had met the boy once before. Wanting to return the kindness he’d shown her then, she did her best to help him settle into his new surroundings, only to be met with cold indifference. The boy was like a tiger fallen to the plains: arrogant and disdainful of an ordinary small-town girl like her, and just as dismissive of everyone else in class. As they spent day after day together, the ice between them gradually melted. She learned of his ambitions and gently encouraged him. He saw how hard her life was and reached out to help. Time slipped by, and the images in their memories came to an abrupt end in the year of the college entrance exams. That spring, the breeze swept past the willow branches, and their clear eyes met beneath the shadows of the trees. Afterward, whenever flower season came around, Song Yunmo would naturally think of the boy who had bought flowers from her, with both regret and longing. Theme: You shouldn’t meet someone too dazzling when you’re young.
