An emperor who doesn't want to be a river chief isn't a good player. As an excellent player, Yixian knows he's strong enough to take on the world. He will conquer the stars and rule the universe, leading the empire to defend peace across the starry sea. (My take on Stellaris. The author's sci-fi skills are woefully inadequate. This is just a bit of writing for my own amusement, updated whenever I feel like it.)
