[DC] All the Villains Love the Little Red Bird

When Timothy was ten, he went out to tail Batman, took a wrong turn, and was picked up by Catwoman.

Before long, Harley and Ivy started plotting to get rid of his irresponsible parents and adopt him.

Here's another joke: the Joker once considered reporting Batman for abusing Robin, for a whole minute.

The only birthday wishes Timothy got when he turned seventeen came from Ra's al Ghul.
