After the rule banning spirits from taking human form was enacted, Tu Lili became the last fox on Wangu Mountain to gain human form.
The old fox looked at Lili, who couldn't even hide her ears and tail, and worried so much that another handful of hair fell from his already bald head.
At last, he slapped his forehead and said, "Isn't there something called cosplay in the human world? Just pretend you're cosplaying a fox spirit!"
Lili twitched her ears. She remembered the last time she went down the mountain, when the young ladies asked her to take off her ears so they could try them on. Then she recalled the peculiar smiles they'd given her when they saw her tail.
"Well, I still need to figure something out." After the old fox left, Lili pulled an ancient book she'd stolen from the Myriad Treasures Pavilion out of her tail fur.
For a fox spirit, love is the best source of spiritual energy.
But the War of Nurturing Earth caused a break in the flow of spiritual energy.
The chosen ones of this world were either still little kids or already gray-haired.
Lili thought about it with a solemn expression, then packed a small bag and headed down the mountain.
Time to raise some kids!
Love between family members counts as love, too!
Years later, looking at the kids she'd raised, Lili discovered in despair...
Had she somehow raised them all wrong?!

There he met a girl his age. She said she would help him escape.
He gave her the necklace that was the only thing he had that could prove who he was. After that, he never saw her again.
Just as he was giving up in despair, a woman wearing a cloak appeared and held out her hand. "Little cub, where's your heroine? Well, never mind. Want to come with me?"
Little Songlan looked at her delicate, boneless hand and firmly took it.
I've been let down too many times. I'm giving you my last bit of trust. If you deceive me too, then you'll go to hell with me.

Even the only girl at school who treated him kindly was in love with the fake young master.
Just as he was about to give up on himself, a woman in a hat appeared and gently patted his head. "Good boy, where's your childhood sweetheart? Ah, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm your little aunt. Want to live with me?"
Looking at her smiling, bright eyes, little Zichu wrapped his arms tightly around her neck.
I have nothing left. So once I find hope, I won't let go, even if it kills me.
There is also a red-third-generation heir kidnapped by his father's enemy, and a little angel who will grow up to be a movie star after being abandoned by his mother.
