The Lovestruck Immortal Lord Can't Even Hold His Sword

[Demoness of the Hehuan Sect vs. Immortal Lord Who Cultivates the Heartless Dao]

Bai Qingqing is the fiancée of Sect Leader Xi of the Qing Sect, and the most despised woman in the entire cultivation world. By herself, she has nearly seduced every handsome young heir from the great sects across the realm.

Before they could marry, Sect Leader Xi drew his last breath, and the Xi family announced that the engagement was off.

Seeing that he could no longer curry favor with the Xi family, Bai Qingqing's father shamelessly sent her to live with them.

Bai Qingqing had intended to refuse, but one fleeting glimpse in the mourning hall sparked her interest in Sect Leader Xi's adopted son.

Xi Yanqing had always loathed that shameless demoness. She threw herself at him and spoke frivolously. Even when the whole family gathered for a meal, she wouldn't behave, lightly stroking his ankles and calves beneath the table.

Xi Yanqing was so furious his hand trembled, and he nearly flung his bowl across the room.

Bai Qingqing only blinked innocently. Under the elders' watchful eyes, she gently reminded him, "Immortal Lord, be careful. Don't spill your food."

Unable to make a scene in front of everyone, Xi Yanqing silently endured it, swearing that one day he would kill her.

Those who cultivate the Heartless Dao sever all emotion and affection, their hearts frozen solid. Yet after a cultivation mishap, Xi Yanqing lost his virginity.

Bai Qingqing smacked her lips and remarked, "Well, that was just so-so."

Then, as Xi Yanqing burned with humiliation and rage, she turned without a backward glance and threw herself into the arms of a new disciple. Left alone, he developed a heart demon and suffered as it devoured him day after day, torn between reason and desire.

That forbidden thrill became an addiction for Xi Yanqing. He fell completely, beyond saving.

After catching her in bed with another disciple once more, Xi Yanqing's eyes turned blood-red, and he slaughtered everyone who had made him suffer.

Blood flowed like a river. His trembling sword pointed at Bai Qingqing's chest, but he could not bring himself to strike.

Bai Qingqing mocked him. "An Immortal Lord who's fallen in love can't even hold his sword steady."

But Xi Yanqing dropped his sword and, with trembling hands, gently caressed her cheek. "They're all dead. No one else will be seduced by you."

Is this perhaps a story about a cold, merciless Immortal Lord who has renounced all love, only to be pounced on by a demoness?

The male lead is not the Sect Leader's biological son. He is adopted. The female lead and the Sect Leader broke off their engagement, so the leads are not related.

Whew, I'm shamelessly indulging my kinks and writing the story I want to read.

Both leads have only ever been with each other. One-on-one romance, not a harem! Important!
