Sometimes, Feng Qingqing wonders how she managed to get so excited that she died right after winning an award.
Today was the day Feng Qingqing won her first major award, and it was also the most unforgettable day of her life. Her soul transmigrated.
The original owner loved gaming. Every day, she studied and livestreamed games. Feng Qingqing loved games, too, so she quickly accepted her new circumstances.
She'd always dreamed of winning all the most prestigious Best Actress awards, but she'd only won one. Before she could even hold it in her hands, she'd ended up here.
Now her goal was to livestream games while studying, and to take small acting roles at the film studios on Sundays.
"Who is that? Why does she look so familiar?"
"Yeah, I think so too. She looks like that game streamer from the Yuyu platform. I didn't know she could act so well."
"Come on, that's impossible. How could a game streamer look that pretty? How many internet celebrities are that gorgeous?"
Before he could finish, the comments below explained that she really was a streamer from the Yuyu platform.
In her previous life, Feng Qingqing had fought tooth and nail to advance her career, so she knew the entertainment industry was nothing like she had imagined. It was a world where the strong preyed on the weak, and only the fittest survived. So while taking minor roles, she also made sure to build her social network. Whenever a role that could get her face on screen needed filling, she did her best to audition.
The show they were discussing was the very one for which Feng Qingqing had auditioned for the fifth female lead. The role wasn't big, but it gave her screen time. She just hadn't expected the show to become popular so quickly.
"Let's give a round of applause to today's Golden Horse Award winner for Best Supporting Actress, Feng Qingqing!"
Looking at the trophy in her hands, Feng Qingqing felt an indescribable ache. She had finally won it again. It was only Best Supporting Actress, but better late than never. She'd keep working hard. Best Actress, here I come!
Theme: With real, tangible effort, dreams are within reach.
