The Popular NPC Is on the Run [Infinite]

One afternoon, a mutant virus swept across the globe, and hordes of zombies appeared.

Even more unbelievably, once the disaster began, men and women carrying all kinds of weapons started appearing too.

During her escape, supermarket cashier Lu Cai discovered that the world she lived in was only a game world called Return to the Apocalypse. The armed men and women fighting were players entering the game to grind through dungeons.

And she was just a passerby NPC who wouldn't survive even one zombie sweep!

After awakening to her own consciousness, Lu Cai was identified as a BUG program by the game System and faced the threat of being erased.

She began following the players as they dropped into one dungeon after another. According to the System's rules, as long as she became part of a player's dungeon, the System couldn't forcibly erase her during a mission.

And so the utterly impractical dungeon NPC, who knew nothing about farming and never lifted a finger, set off on a wandering journey.

Comment 1: Have you heard? An NPC killed the dungeon's final boss and ended the dungeon early.

Comment 2: Damn, these players got free wins and points!

Comment 3: That's obviously exploiting a bug. Is the System maintenance department going to do anything about it? @System Technician A

Comment 4: Are you crazy? This NPC can level up and buff players during combat!

System Technician A: #Cheng@￥*Cheng&...￥Program malfunctioning, temporarily unable to respond.
