My Online Dating Partner Lives Next Door

Lu Mian's friend got scammed in an online romance, so Lu Mian decided to give the scammer a taste of his own medicine.

He pretended to be a girl, added the guy on WeChat, and chatted with him all summer. He got the guy so infatuated that he'd give him the stars and the moon if he asked. They were only one in-person date away from getting married.

Just as Lu Mian was about to call it quits, he discovered that his online sweetheart was none other than his neighbor and dormmate, Xie Zhi.

The fake scammer: Babe, why aren't you talking to me anymore? Waaaah!

But when the real Xie Zhi glanced at him at the start of the school year, their first meeting involved sexual harassment: "Your legs look a lot like my girlfriend's, but they're just a little worse."

Lu Mian stared at the cheerful new campus heartthrob and certified weirdo in front of him, while his mind replayed the image of that idiot online sweetheart who was always acting cute and clingy.

He wished he'd never met the guy!

Xie Zhi got dumped by his online sweetheart.

Distraught, he spotted a white stocking at Lu Mian's place. The pink cat-paw pattern matched the stockings in the photos his online girlfriend had sent him, right down to the ripped hole.

That day, Xie Zhi fell silent.

After that day, Xie Zhi grew up.

On his birthday, Lu Mian received a box of gifts from Xie Zhi: stockings in every color and pattern.

There was also a pink love letter.

[Do you like them? If you do, wear them for me, or I'll tell everyone you wear women's clothes!]

Lu Mian: ...

Like them? Not a chance! Who threatens someone in a love letter?!

A hopelessly lovesick, obsessive puppy of a seme x a seemingly cold but actually very soft uke

(Not an actual animal.)

Reading guide:

1. The uke has worn women's clothes before. The seme has never scammed anyone in an online romance.

2. The seme is extremely fond of the uke and obsessively devoted. He's childish and goofy, with a seriously weird thought process.
