This story builds on the original and fills in the thirteen years after Wei Wuxian's death. It is mainly divided into three parts.
Part 1: Thirteen Years of Inquiry
Lan Zhan searched for the infant spirit for thirteen years, without a single response. He didn't know that the Wen family had become blood corpses, or that they were keeping watch over Wei Wuxian's incomplete soul.
Influenced by his soul, Wei Wuxian lost his memories of his previous life and arrived in the Ghost City, where countless ghosts lived together.
There, he adopted a girl, named her Wei Binbin, and made her his sworn younger sister. Later, the effects of the forbidden ritual of sacrificial resurrection also brought him back to life...
(Under Wei Wuxian's textbook-style care, Wei Binbin became the spitting image of a "female Wei Wuxian": chivalrous, righteous, open-minded, and able to do many things people wanted to do but couldn't. She wasn't bound by the rules of the cultivation sects and clans, and later in the story she became an expert at taking down Sect Leader Yao and his ilk.) In keeping with Mo Xiang's principles, the canon couples will not be broken up!!!
Part 2:
Some things that happen after he is reborn. Wei Binbin accidentally arrives at the time when Wei Wuxian has just returned through the sacrificial ritual.
Wei Wuxian: What do you think of Hanguang-Jun?
Wei Binbin: Handsome and distinguished, from one of the great cultivation clans, and, most importantly, rich. You won't have to wander the world anymore!
Wei Wuxian (smiling): Are you tired? I suddenly feel like I'm not tired anymore. Come on, let's go practice a few more rounds.

Theme: Mainly to add more detail to the original story (the thirteen years of inquiry, revising the fates of villains like Sect Leader Yao...). The canon couples will not be broken up. I firmly believe WangXian are meant to be together for life.
