Song Qin had a secret: she hated her best friend and roommate, Tang Shuang.
Even though, to everyone else, she and her roommate seemed inseparable.
So close that they could wear the same clothes, use the same perfume, and sleep in the same bed.
But no one knew her roommate was a copycat and a shameless flirt.
Every day, like a rat in a gutter, she copied Song Qin's outfits, sneaked into her pajamas, mooched her perfume, and even stole her blanket at night! Song Qin would get so cold that she had to secretly curl up in her roommate's arms in the middle of the night to warm up.
She hated Tang Shuang!
Tang Shuang had a secret: she liked her roommate, Song Qin.
Even though, to everyone else, she and Song Qin were just inseparable friends.
But on countless silent nights, listening to her upper-bunk roommate's soft breathing and catching the warm fragrance beneath her bed curtains, she could barely contain herself, tossing and turning in helpless longing.
She deliberately threw away her own blanket, played pitiful, and successfully climbed into her roommate's bed.
She wanted to wear matching outfits with her roommate.
She wanted them to wear the same perfume.
She wanted to drink soup from her roommate's mouth.
She wanted it so, so badly.
But her roommate was hopelessly oblivious, a die-hard straight girl.
Things took a turn one night when Tang Shuang climbed to the upper bunk as usual to steal a kiss. Just as their soft lips touched, Song Qin, who was usually fast asleep, suddenly opened her eyes and stared straight at her.
Tang Shuang trembled all over, shut her eyes, and, prepared to face her fate, deepened the kiss.
Let the storm come harder.
