This story puts Senju Hashirama and Senju Tobirama through the wringer, and isn't very friendly to the Senju brothers. Read with caution!
Hashirama and Mito are in their second marriage. Based on Tsunade's age and the date Mito came to Konoha in the official guidebook, it's very possible the two aren't biological grandparents and grandchild.
(Here, the Fourth Great Ninja War ends in the original story in Konoha Year 68. Tsunade is 55 then, meaning she was born in Konoha Year 13.)
My personal setting: The child's mother dated Hashirama first. Due to unavoidable circumstances, they didn't end up together, but the child's mother had the child. Hashirama didn't know, so he's not a bad person!!! He's not a scumbag!!!
So, by society's standards, the child is illegitimate!! If you don't like that, read with caution!!!
As for the three marriages mentioned in the blurb: the child's mother was the first wife, Tsunade's biological grandmother was the second, and Mito was the third. (The child refuses to accept that she's illegitimate!)
