The Pleasure of Thorns

Thanks to Gui Gui's Cover Art Shop for making the cover. I drink the poison named after you. I embrace pleasure as I fall into ruin. Innocence lies in tattered clothes, battered by wind and rain. Longing is the only support my fragile life has. I thought I would never get to wait for you. I only long to be like a bird crying out on a thorn, staining the corner of your robe red with blood. At our first meeting, I surrender. He chuckles softly and bites my collarbone, his sharp teeth slowly gnawing at it. “If you want my attention, you'll have to try harder. But you've made a pretty good start.” Blood and fire, life and death, I submit. He bends down and takes my hand, giving a gentle tug that sends me tumbling between his knees. “What you want, I'll give you. Punishment or reward, only I can give them to you, Rune.” “Beautiful elf, I think I've got you trapped! See you tomorrow night!” A slave bound by love, a date postponed for thirteen years, and the devil who has returned, burning with hatred. But is he still the one I love? Pairing: The Dark Lord and L's father, a legendary romance, a rainbow after the storm, with a happy ending.
