I Have a Little Wish [Greek Mythology]

Hermes is the god of commerce, the messenger of the gods, and also the god of deception.

With lies, Hermes managed to steal a whole herd of divine cattle from Apollo shortly after his birth. With lies, Hermes helped Zeus fend off Hera's interrogations countless times. And with lies, Hermes ultimately rose to become one of the chief gods of Olympus.

In the eyes of countless people, he represented the gods, but little by little, he could only represent the gods.

As time passed, many people had forgotten that Hermes was also one of Olympus's chief gods.

"I am the creator of commerce, the protector of herds, and the author of lies. I hear your wishes and make them come true. That is an equal exchange."

Reborn, Hermes looked toward his fate and felt that his previous life had been far too stifling.

This time, he had a small wish.

As a god, he should stand at the pinnacle of the world.

And fate would no longer be something only the ancient Moirai could write.

Reader's Guide:

1. This is a Greek mythology fanfic. It borrows from mythology but makes changes to both the setting and plot, so if anything doesn't match the myths, that's all on me!

2. This is pure romance! The love interest is undecided! We'll see how things go! In any case, the main vibe is a cozy, sweet slice-of-life story, hahaha.

3. I promise this story won't be abandoned [determined face].
