Tenmanji was once a Konnosuke from a honmaru. Later, an unscrupulous saniwa tricked him into leaving, then cruelly abandoned him along the way. So he had no choice but to begin a lonely life as a fox.
Later, he discovered that cats were inexplicably drawn to him. Strange cats often showed up near his home: some liked playing tennis, some liked playing basketball, and there were white cats, black cats, orange cats, red cats, golden cats, blue cats, and even cats with dyed highlights...
