After Getting a System of Black Technology

Bi Liu transmigrates to a low-tech interstellar era, and gets a System that can extract technology from science-fiction novels as a bonus. (Cat form) Bi Liu is great at petting cats, and the System is very well-behaved. As long as she spends an hour each day "scritching its ears and stroking its back," it will give away even the most expensive technologies in the store for free! [Come on, come on! This is the development technology for an aether submarine. Use it to build heavily armed warships that can sail through the stars, and that aren't bound by the laws of physics!] "Amazing! If I apply this to the military, becoming a marshal is just around the corner!" [And this one is a chip that can raise your electronic brain's access level to ten. In the original novel, even a country's prime minister only has level six.] "Thank you, kitty! You've been a huge help. I want to use it, right now! Then I'll make that stuck-up young master from the plutocrat family lick my shoes!" However, just like Bi Liu, who transmigrated because she couldn't make it in her original world, the System assigned to her is also an utter piece of junk. The aether submarine is great, of course, except that aether was proven not to exist in the real world back in the twentieth century. "I... I can't use it! I took it over, but the people in the equipment department laughed at me and said, 'Why make a role-playing prop so realistic?'...!" The electronic brain's access level really is level ten. "B-but why didn't you tell me this thing only works because everyone in the original novel has an electronic brain!?" "I told him to kneel, but he didn't. He just looked at me like I was an idiot, then asked, 'Is your kink weird or something?'" In the end, she can only try anything and everything. At the latest meeting, the bottom-ranked Bi Liu nervously raised her hand. "Um, s-so, would everyone consider putting an electronic chip in the brains of all our citizens?" "...?" And so begins the epic tale of the Supreme President of the Universe, the Star Pioneer, the genius who can rival an entire era all by herself: Her Excellency Bi Liu. Theme: Technology shapes the future.
