[Anime Crossover] After Pretending to Be a Saint

The Kingdom of Slantania is facing a miasma crisis. The first king makes a secret pact with a girl who transmigrated from another world, creating a "spiritual pillar" for the kingdom. Later, he gets completely caught up in the act.

The transmigrated girl, Aiba Hagoromo, takes a job as a "national idol." She's great at public relations, but at heart, she's a lazybones. Later, she gets swept up in the hustle.

"Honestly, my head's a bit of a mess right now."

"We created the 'Otherworld Summoning Plan' to find more saintesses who could purify the miasma, but..."

The girl looks at this country, now a chaotic stew of visitors from other worlds, and spreads her hands.

"I mean, where are the saintesses?"

"And now our guests are poaching cheap labor and setting up ruthless otherworldly labyrinth companies in Slantania to build a technological civilization."

"Has my magic industry gone soft or something?!"

Later...

Hagoromo: I am the king of the world!

The king: Hold on, the whole point was to purify the miasma.

A few things to know before reading:

A prequel to the author's column, "I Am Hagoromo the God." It stands alone and can be read on its own.

Set in the world of "The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent," with cameos from "I, the Sarcastic One," "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun," "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime," "The Dungeon of Black Company," and "No Longer Allowed in Another World."

I only follow the anime, not the manga. This is a freewheeling work, so any discrepancies are my own headcanon. Any issues are on me.

There will be romantic interest, but no official couple. The theme is loving everyone.

I want it all.jpg (just kidding)

Theme: I miss you so much on my journey to godhood.
