Shen Chu's vision went black, and he fainted again. The Shen family is a family of traditional Chinese medicine. For generations, their ancestors served as chief physicians of the Imperial Medical Academy. He resolutely went to medical school to study Western medicine and became a Western doctor. By Shen Chu's grandfather's generation, the family's legacy had completely fallen into decline. The traditional remedies and acupuncture techniques passed down by their ancestors were all lost. Decades later, Shen Chu's grandfather realized that traditional Chinese medicine was China's most precious cultural heritage.
