"Hey, Miao, I heard we're getting a transfer student today."

The boy walked toward Lin Miao against the light. Lin Miao looked up at Shen Yan, and their eyes met. Lin Miao's gaze flickered.
"Long time no see, Lin Miao."
Lin Miao: "...Who the hell said it had been a long time? We saw each other yesterday."
Shen Yan smiled, revealing a pair of cute little canine teeth.
Shen Yan smiled at everyone, but the smile never reached his eyes. Lin Miao was the only exception.
