He uses his ability to draw a brand-new character and volunteers to go to the police academy, planning to start from scratch as a police officer and provide intel for his brother.
He never expected that the character he'd drawn would be so similar to himself that he nearly blew his cover several times. In the end, though, he managed to turn things around and earn the police academy group's trust.
