Saving the World in My Dreams Every Day

In 7035 on Blue Star, a strange illness swept across the planet. Countless people died suddenly in their dreams. No one knew why, and everyone was terrified and on edge.

Yu Ge thought she was an ordinary high school student in Xia Country. Buried under a heavy workload every day, she believed, like everyone else, that the strange illness had nothing to do with her.

Little did she know that night she'd dream of her favorite couple turning against each other. Furious, she violently cleared away the irrelevant troublemakers, forced the two members of the couple into wedding clothes, and shoved them together until they made up. Only then did she wake up feeling satisfied.

The instant she opened her eyes, she heard a strange electronic voice.

Yu Ge: ...Moshi moshi, am I still dreaming?

Later, Yu Ge saw a news report about someone she'd encountered in her dream waking up. Only then did she understand what had happened to her.

Yu Ge hadn't expected to be so capable, saving so many people. Before she could get carried away, a piece of chalk from the desk in front of her woke her up.

"Yu Ge! You're already in your final year of high school, and you're still sleeping at such a critical time?"

Yu Ge muttered, "I'm busy saving the world. It's not like I can help it."

"Saving the world? I'd say you're daydreaming. You're in your final year of high school. Open your eyes and look at the real world!"

The whole class burst out laughing.

By the afternoon, the people who had laughed that morning were eating their words.

An official from Xia Country's Ministry of State Security arrived. "Comrade Yu Ge, the country needs you to help save the world."
