Lu Mian likes the transfer student Xie Jinci.
As the evening sunset poured into the alley, she looked up and reached for Xie Jinci's injured hand, but he deftly evaded her.
Lu Mian tried to reason with him, her voice growing softer and softer...
"Get lost."
The words made her heart tremble.
During midterms, Lu Mian couldn't help glancing at Xie Jinci, seated diagonally behind her. Her gaze was on the proctor, but the corner of her eye stayed on him.
Was he...
looking...
at her?
Rain pounded the branches as Lu Mian turned around again to make sure.
This time, his gaze slowly shifted away.
After they meet again, the man sits in a restaurant, staring at her without blinking, his gaze tender and profound.
Lu Mian calmly sets down her knife and fork, picks up the bag and rose beside her, and walks out of the restaurant with graceful steps.
Truth is, a youthful crush doesn't necessarily last.
Even if he says he's sorry.
Even if she's still angry.

A roaring optimist × a sincere rationalist
School romance/No romance during high school~
Her roommate asks Yan Zhi, "How did you meet your boyfriend?"
Yan Zhi blinks. "I poured a basin of cold water on him."
On the first day Liang Chen moves into the new neighborhood, Yan Zhi knocks on his door with a half-hearted offering of leftover chilled watermelon. The door opens, and she sees a handsome guy inside. "A handsome guy! Great!" she says, only for him to slam the door in her face, leaving her covered in dust.
And so their feud begins.
Yan Zhi has always thought Liang Chen is a bundle of contradictions. He's rational in how he handles things and sincere in how he treats people.
He never lets her swear.
Yan Zhi deliberately crosses that line: "I will swear if I want to! Damn it, shit, fuck, motherfucker!"
Liang Chen gives her a cold look. The usually good-tempered man turns away and walks off.
On the day the college entrance exams end, Liang Chen takes her to the Matchmaking Temple.
Yan Zhi's bangs are soaked with sweat that day, and she says she'll never come back.
At that terribly ill-timed moment, Liang Chen confesses his feelings. He says, "Yan Zhi, let's stay together forever and ever."
The Matchmaking Temple has a wall covered in written wishes. When Yan Zhi visits the following spring, she sees what Liang Chen wrote for her:
May the world treat my girl kindly.
"In this restless age, someone still loves her with a heart that is calm yet full of uproar."
You are in my wishes. Let's grow together, work hard together, and become better together, until we're old.
Let's be there for each other on every special day. On Qixi, Valentine's Day, and every day worth celebrating, let's wish each other happiness.
