I Became the Crown Princess After Trying to Assassinate the Crown Prince

Lang Yi was the leader of the world's foremost assassin organization, ordered to kill Jun Yan, the Crown Prince of Nanlong.

Jun Yan had made a name for himself at a young age. Skilled in both statecraft and warfare, he was decisive and ruthless. But after an accident some time ago, he became an idiot and lost all his internal energy.

Lang Yi thought the job would be a piece of cake. He never missed, but in the end, he was unexpectedly brought down by the foolish Crown Prince.

The emperor was so furious that he ordered Lang Yi's execution on the spot.

But Jun Yan frantically objected. "Don't kill him! He's so handsome. Father, give him to your son as a bride!"

Lang Yi: ???

Even if all his martial arts were gone, even if he had to submit to a man and endure humiliation, he would still kill Jun Yan...

That was what Lang Yi had planned.

So he repeatedly deceived Jun Yan and lured him into danger.

After his mission failed, Lang Yi returned to his homeland, Beiding, and was imprisoned and tortured. Just as his death seemed imminent, word came that the new emperor of Nanlong had suddenly led a massive army to the border.

Beiding was routed in a single battle, and Lang Yi was brought before the front lines.

He looked at Jun Yan, mounted on horseback before the assembled army. Remembering how he had repeatedly lured Jun Yan into danger when his mind was impaired, he assumed the other man wanted to execute him personally. "Your Majesty, if you wish to kill me, then do so..."

Before he could finish, he suddenly fell into a scorching embrace. The young emperor's low voice sounded by his ear. "The Emperor of Beiding originally wanted to execute you. Do you know why he changed his mind?"

"I told him that if Lang Yi died, then all twenty prefectures of Beiding would be buried with him."

"If you really want to die, then die in my... embrace, hmm?"

Everyone had been waiting for Jun Yan to execute Lang Yi. But after waiting and waiting, they instead saw the world's foremost assassin, peerlessly graceful yet cold and ruthless, blushing in their emperor's arms.
