As the ruler of the previous world and a dragon who brought about its destruction, Ega followed the gods' instructions and found the next dragon to take his place.
One rainy night, at the end of a bolt of lightning, lay his destination.
Under a tree was a little black ball curled up, the dragon he had come to find.
Look at him! He has raised his soft yet imposing claws, and lightning flashes sharply in his golden eyes. Just look at him: he'll grow up to be an incredibly powerful dragon!
"From now on, you're my family. You have to destroy the world just like me!"
Overcome with joy, Ega failed to notice the little black ball and heard it quietly reply, "Meow~"

Lodi was believed to be the next dragon to inherit the mantle, and his whole clan pinned their hopes for the dragon race's revival on him.

Maybe he could help the dragons live better lives. He only needed to help a tiny bit.
But with just that little bit of help, this clever kitten led the dragon clan back to its former glory.
