How to Respond to a Wood Style User's Proposal

Here’s how it goes. The night my cousin lost his mind and wanted to slaughter everyone, Dad awakened his Mangekyo in a burst of power and sent me away. Weak, pitiful, helpless, with no schooling and not even my Sharingan awakened, I was faced with a bunch of hulking men glaring at me, all wearing the Senju clan crest. To survive, I had no choice but to keep my head down. “Uchiha? What Uchiha?” I asked, blinking my innocent dark eyes. And so I managed what I considered a perfect infiltration of the Senju. Who knew it would only last for a limited time? Just when I’d finally earned enough goodwill, I was sent back. Fine, I was an Uchiha again. Life went on peacefully enough. Until one day, some long-haired, dark-haired guy violently punched a hole in my world with his giant Senju Buddha. “Sorry, sorry. I’m looking for an Uchiha.” The Wood Style user, a familiar face to everyone, smiled with an honest, simpleminded air at a group of ninja and held up a missing-person notice. My face was printed right there on it. Wait, what? I was so startled that I awakened my Sharingan. He asked me sincerely, “Would you be willing to take the Senju name?” “…?!!” I grabbed the Mangekyo Dad had left me and fled this world in the middle of the night. This started as a random idea, and the pairing is set: the young First Hokage. Allow me to sincerely present: She runs, he chases, and she can’t get away, even with wings. (Not really.) The main story is complete! Bonus chapters are still in the works. Theme: An unrelenting pursuit of what we believe in, boundless compassion for all humanity, and a deep love that crosses class boundaries.
