The print edition is out now and available on all platforms ^^ My next novel: "You’re More Beautiful Than Hangzhou"
The first time they met, it was snowing in Hangzhou. Fu Zhen had gone all out, dressing to impress so she could crash a dinner party, only to be humiliated.
Yan Qishan, sitting nearby, stubbed out the cigarette he had just lit, brushed nonexistent dust off the sofa, and beckoned to her. “Sit here with Third Brother.”
The next time they met, heavy snow was falling in Beijing, and Fu Zhen was stopped outside a hotel and refused entry.
Yan Qishan happened to be under the eaves, collar open, turning his head to light a cigarette. Seeing her, he said casually, “Come over. Third Brother will take you somewhere else.”
Later, someone couldn’t help warning Yan Qishan: From the very beginning, she’s clearly been using you as a stepping-stone. You should come to your senses.
With snow flying all around Fahai Temple, he replied, “In this life of lavish banquets and golden cages, loving her is the one time I’ve been truly clearheaded.”
A passing lay Buddhist read his fortune. “Love is a kingdom at dusk and a head. Sir, it is your fate.”*
Many years later, the winter snow fell bleakly over New York’s Upper East Side.
Staring blankly at the ghostly figure beyond the window, seeming to have come from another lifetime amid the swirling snow, Fu Zhen burst into tears. “You came to take me home, didn’t you?”
He was like spring snow, arriving late.
I wore a bright key over my heart.
As the snowflakes soaked my hair,
I wanted to do something beautiful with him,
even if the long road only grew longer…*

Theme: Face life’s setbacks with a positive attitude. Be brave enough to live, and brave enough to love.
The two of them will never have a real and lively quarrel, and the problems will increase more and more, so many that they can't even remember the moment when the heroine was disappointed. The economic value provided by the male protagonist is greater than the emotional value. Unfortunately, although the female protagonist needs money, she is not a womanizer in the true sense. She can only obtain emotional pleasure and satisfaction through self-anesthesia. Maybe the male protagonist loves her very much, but I think the female protagonist still maintains the relationship by anesthetizing herself.
Author, can you update it quickly?
How to say it? In fact, the previous name and cover were pretty good.
The author would greatly trouble you to update quickly?
