|Redemption|Older woman and younger man|Both leads are virgins|Happy ending|
A quiet, taciturn girl x a delinquent who never studies
1. [He crossed the wilderness and barged into her world]
Cicadas sang through the height of summer. They first met in Shangwu, at the end of a street in a long, winding alley.
Yunzhi carried a cello on her back, drenched in sweat.
The tall boy wore a defiant sneer, his eyes brimming with arrogance.
A red, glossy apple came crashing down beside Yunzhi's feet. When she looked down, yellow juice had stained her white canvas shoes.
The air was cold after the downpour, and the streetlights glowed dimly. He stood at the far end of the nighttime street, still wearing that carefree, delinquent air.
He snapped the cello bow in half without the slightest effort.
"Is it really so hard to look at me?"
"The bow's broken. Your hand won't hurt anymore."
2. [Midsummer, 2014]
Her parents were busy with work, but worried about her younger brother Yunyang's college entrance exams the following year. Yunzhi was the obvious choice to tutor him, so she returned to Shangwu from Yuancheng.
She had no idea that this was the year she'd meet Fu Ran, a mad dog who would tear into her until she was left in pieces.
"You'll never understand what love is, Fu Ran."
3. [Late autumn, 2019]
Everyone in Shangwu knew Fu Ran, the rabid dog who'd been born to a mother but raised without one, a notorious street thug whom everyone avoided.
Yunzhi was invited to Shangwu University for its anniversary celebration.
Onstage, Fu Ran wore a white shirt and black pants, shining like a star. His eyes were filled with light. Holding a bow in his right hand, he played with a tender expression, his music astonishing the entire audience.
His gaze fell squarely on her.
Yunzhi smiled knowingly. "Fu Ran, I've come to find you."
--In that high summer, a wildfire that could not be extinguished, they lost themselves to each other without restraint.
|Fu Ran may not understand love, but he knows how to love Yunzhi|
|Yunzhi was ruled by her parents' rigid, outdated dogma. Fu Ran was the one who pulled her out of it|
Please note:
--The male lead acts like an arrogant king early on, while the female lead is quiet and reserved.
--Five-year age gap. Please don't read if that's not your thing. When they first meet, the male lead is 18 and in his final year of high school, while the female lead is 23, one year out of university.

A proud, rebellious princess x a ruthless, scheming wild dog
Ji Yijia x Shen Siyue
School life | Modern city | Redemption | Happy ending
Blurb:
x In the alley behind No. 6 Middle School, a group of wealthy young men in fine clothes cornered a boy in a filthy, stinking lane. His blue-and-white school uniform was stained with blood.
Just as the sticks were about to come down on him, a sweet voice sounded behind them.
"Stop hitting him."
The boy's eyes lit up. He thought she had come to rescue him.
Until the girl, surrounded by the others' fawning adoration, stepped in front of him with an air of arrogance.
The boy looked up and saw that her gentle eyes were full of disgust.
With a flutter, a wad of cash landed on him.
The girl sucked on a lollipop, bent down, and pulled the name tag off his uniform. She read it carefully. "Shen Siyue. I'll remember you."
The boy's eyes reddened.
The girl yanked the name tag off and stuffed it into her pocket, then continued, "Just a poor stray dog."
x Years later, Ji Yijia has to follow the popular actress Fei An to keep her job.
Rain poured down. A Maybach pulled up at a villa in the suburbs, and the door opened.
She zoomed in, puzzled when she didn't see Fei An's secret boyfriend get out.
Ji Yijia thought there'd be nothing to see tonight.
Suddenly, the rain stopped falling on her. A shadow loomed over her.
Ji Yijia turned and looked up, her gaze traveling slowly higher.
Beneath a long black umbrella: long, bony fingers, cool pale skin, a mole on his Adam's apple, thin lips, and a sharply defined jaw.
The umbrella slowly tilted upward.
She remembered those obsidian-black eyes.
Shen Siyue glanced coolly at the staff ID peeking out from under her clothes.
With a hint of contempt and a mocking smile, he said, "Ji Yijia, I'll remember you."
He crushed the film beneath his foot and said carelessly, "Just a fallen princess."
x During her poorest years, Ji Yijia thought she'd finally made it through.
But after crossing paths with Shen Siyue again, she realized she'd provoked a wild dog she never should have messed with.
"They loathe each other until they fall in love."
"Ji Yijia, be glad you're still alive."
