My name is Lin Maixi, and I'm from an East Asian country in the real world.

During the summer vacation before I started middle school, my older sister got me hooked on Prince of Tennis.

I love Echizen Ryoma so much! I want to be his cat!!

I made a wish to the god Yato for five yen, and he summoned Saiki Kusuo. With Saiki's help, I really did become a cat, but the person who fed me wasn't the tennis prodigy Echizen. It was Kaidoh Kaoru, the terrifying man everyone feared.

Lin Maixi's inner thoughts: Help! Get me back to the real world!!

Kaidoh Kaoru fed me with a blank expression. When no one else was around, he'd even talk to me, a cat. As time went by, I decided he wasn't so bad.

Later, I turned back into a human and moved in with him.

Lin Maixi: "Hey, Kaidoh-senpai, how do you say 'moonlight' in Japanese?"

Kaidoh Kaoru: "Tsukiyo. Tsu-ki-yo."

Lin Maixi: "Oh! The moon looks lovely tonight!"

Kaidoh Kaoru: "...It's the new moon today."
