· Xu Tingche will never forget that summer in Guanjing Town. One afternoon in late June, Shen Ci, wearing a white shirt and carrying a mint-green suitcase, suddenly walked into her life. From then on, Xu Tingche's headphones were filled with melodies she would never forget for the rest of her life, along with the memory of Shen Ci's gold earring.
· This is purely a work of fan fiction! The inspiration came from reading American author Andre Aciman's novel Call Me by Your Name (also the title of the American film; the Chinese book edition was translated as Final Summer) and watching the Thai TV series I Told Sunset About You (also translated into Chinese as A Translation of the Heart). It tells the story of two girls who meet in the countryside of the East.
· I deeply respect and love both of these works. The title combines their names, so please don't read too much into it. Most of this book's plot can be separated from those works. Some scenes are modeled on them, and they will be mentioned. I wrote this story to pay tribute to both works and because they inspired me. Of course, my writing can't compare to theirs, so please don't make excessive comparisons.
· This story may touch on the history of ancient Greece and Rome, Platonic love, Renaissance sculpture, and astronomy. The author isn't an expert, so please take the information with a grain of salt. If you're interested, consult Baidu or professional books.
