1. Lin Youxue, a third-tier actress who's hated all over the internet, is inexplicably dragged into the "CP Game" and paired with her idol's rival, Bai Jiyuan, to form the Bai-Xue CP.
Lin Youxue protests vehemently: "No! I refuse!"
Bai Jiyuan's fans unite in their outrage, shouting, "Please, leave our brother alone!"
But Bai Jiyuan is so willful and unruly that he pays no attention to the objections, and is always flirting with her until her cheeks burn and her heart races.
2. The "CP Game" is a large-scale romance variety show livestreamed around the clock. Its challenges include, but are not limited to:
Surviving in the wilderness; escaping locked rooms; running a restaurant in the apocalypse; holding a concert for ten thousand people in the underworld...
Lin Youxue, the number-one scaredy-cat when it comes to ghosts, throws her arms around Bai Jiyuan and bursts into tears. "I can handle getting down to earth, but why do we have to go to the underworld too?!"
Bai Jiyuan pats her head, his voice meltingly seductive. "What can we do? The whole world ships us. Good girl, let's work hard at putting on a show for our fans today, too~"
[Cold on the outside, flirtatious on the inside, top-tier star × sweet, goofy third-tier actress]
