I would like to ask here what brewing methods everyone wants. Broadly speaking, they are divided into two types: hot drinks and ice drinks. Hot drinks are some very common brewing methods that everyone is familiar with, including fancy brewing of course. Ice drinks are drinks that are served cold or iced, including mixed with beer, ice cream...
What people are talking about is the origin and variety of coffee beans. Irish coffee is a brewing method, so of course they won't mention it!
Judging from the way it is prepared, it can be regarded as both coffee and wine. I prefer to taste it as coffee. It is not easy to drink good Irish coffee!
