Doomed to Fall: A Peach Blossom Calamity

When Lu Zimo first met Song Zhanpeng at the age of fourteen, he had no idea that the neat, fair-skinned boy in front of him would be the romantic calamity of his life.

As time went by, Lu Zimo got to know Song Zhanpeng better and better. It turned out that beneath his clean, pretty exterior, Song Zhanpeng was black-hearted through and through.

At court, Lu Zimo would calmly address him like everyone else: "Lord Song." He wouldn't even glance twice at Song Zhanpeng's delicate, flirtatious eyes.

Only in bed would Lu Zimo angrily call him a "black sesame rice ball." He looked all soft and white on the outside, but was full of wicked schemes.

As the son of a treacherous minister who held power over the court, Song Zhanpeng was naturally a little schemer himself. Aside from his father, who took pride in him, everyone either despised or feared him.

Oh, right. There was also Lu Zimo, who put up with him despite himself.

Lord Song, who had loved playing the fool to catch the tiger since childhood, most enjoyed tormenting the loyal, righteous general Lu Zimo.

Watching the boy fight for him, stand up for him, and go through fire and water for him, then seeing his tearful eyes in bed, always kept Song Zhanpeng happy for a long time.

Lu Zimo always said Song Zhanpeng was his romantic calamity. But at some point, that rather slow-witted Lu Zimo also became the downfall of the sly and scheming young Lord Song.

Since it was a calamity, the best solution was to let go. But neither of them could bear to release the peach blossom they knew was destined to bring them trouble.
