[Sasuke X Naruto] I Inherited My Ancestors' Fortune

History veered off its original course. Uchiha Madara never 'betrayed the village' and instead spent long periods away. Though he bore the title of clan head, he kept his distance from the Uchiha clan. Uchiha Obito came to live in Madara's home at the age of five. At thirteen, after presenting as an Omega from a Beta, he became the clan head's wife and took the name Taiji. At fourteen, he was widowed. After awakening Wood Release, he was taken in by the Senju and changed his surname to Senju. When he was twenty-one, the Uchiha clan was wiped out, and the orphaned Sasuke was entrusted to Taiji, who possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan. When Sasuke graduated from the Ninja Academy at twenty-six, Konoha's only Uchiha inherited the legacy of his ancestor, Uchiha Madara. Following the script of a romance between a young man and an older woman who live close by, Sasuke should be able to marry someone once he comes of age, but... Taiji turns him down, saying he can't tell maternal love from romantic love. "I'm a man, not a child!" "Only children insist they're grown-ups." Taiji is a free-spirited woman who has had both men and women in her grasp, yet never let a single petal cling to her. And Madara, that man, is dead, but not entirely dead. 1. A pseudo-ABO setting, with pheromones, marking, and secondary development. These have an effect, but aren't exaggerated. 2. There are no six genders. Male Alphas and female Omegas are ordinary men and women; male Omegas and female Alphas are intersex; male and female Betas are both. 3. If you're particular about chastity or only want chaste characters, don't read this. There's no cyber-virtue plaque here. Big Sister Taiji has not only been married and widowed, she's also been with men and women and kept countless lovers! Her past partners include, but aren't limited to, Nohara Rin, Hatake Kakashi, Uchiha Madara, Kisame, Umino Iruka, Yahiko, Nagato, Konan... 4. The endgame pairing in this story is Sasuke x Taiji. The Legacy series features different couples in the same world at the same time, but each book's endgame pairing is set by its title, so there's no need to guess. Theme: Uchiha are drawn to each other. Uchiha geniuses can tell maternal love from romantic love, so hurry up and sign the marriage papers!
