Matsuda Jinpei was twenty-two and a police academy student. On the night he got into a fight with the academy's top student, he had a nightmare about his childhood friend sacrificing himself because of a bomb.
After waking up, Matsuda didn't think much of it. But over the next few months, he dreamed almost every day that his classmates and he died. The same four people kept appearing in a loop. Something was definitely wrong.
Thinking of a parallel universe, Matsuda's first thought was: Hagi doesn't wear a bomb suit when he defuses bombs. He just wanted to beat Hagiwara up, and for no other reason.
